If you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate please click the link below to purchase your lessons or lesson series. Then email us at info@philcornettagolf.com to let us know who the gift certificate(s) are for or you can add it into the Notes section during your purchase. We can send your customized gift certificate by email or in the mail.
Private Lesson Policy for both Instructors: All lessons, lesson series and gift certificates must be used or completed within one year of purchase date. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for all lessons. Failure to notify within 48 hours of your scheduled lesson will result in a full charge for the lesson or a deduction of 1 lesson from the lesson series. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
